* Truffle Ham 1.5kg 松露火腿

Serves 4-6pax
Boiling
Place 1l of water into the pot and heat till boiling. Change to low heat and place in the ham for about 10 minutes, remove once the ham is warmed thoroughly.

Pan Grilling
Place 1tablespoon of oil or butter into the pan at low heat. Place the ham into the pan and grill for about 2 to 3 mins. Remove once both side of the ham is cooked.

Ready to serve
