  • • Leg of Lamb
  • 1. Submerge the product (with pakaging) into water maintained at 85- 90° C for 22-25 minutes.
  • 2. Remove packaging and place Lamb leg onto an oven safe tray
  • 3. Roast for another 5-7 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 150° C before serve
  • • Gourmet Sauce
  • 1. Boil a pot of water.
  • 2. Submerge sauce pack into the hot water, remove pot from heat.
  • 3. Leave sauce pack in hot water for 5 minutes.
  • 4. The sauce is ready to be served
