PREPARATION

  • • Whole Turkey
  • – Steaming Method (whole turkey)
  • 1. Transfer Turkey into a steam-safe container.
  • 2. Cover with Cling wrap to avoid moisture seeping in and steam for approximately 60 minutes or till temperature reaches 60° C and above
  • 4. Roast at pre-heated oven 150° C for another 5 – 10 minutes
  • 5. Turkey is ready to be served.
  • – Roasting (Whole turkey)
  • 1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
  • 2. Remove turkey from packaging and place turkey onto an oven-safe tray. Wrap turkey wings with aluminum foil to prevent skin from burning. , roast for 100-110 mins.
  • 3.Turkey is ready to be served.
  • • Chestnut Stuffing
  • – Steaming
  • 1. Remove chestnut stuffing from packaging and transfer it into a steam-safe container.
  • 2. Cover chestnut stuffing with cling wrap to avoid moisture seeping in.
  • 3. Steam covered chestnut stuffing over boiling water for 10 mins.
  • 4. Product is ready to be served
  • – Microwave
  • 1. Put an additional bowl of water along with the bowl of uncovered chestnut stuffing into the microwave. Reheat on high for 1-2 minutes.
  • 2. Chestnut stuffing is ready to be served.
  • • Cranberry Sauce
  • 1. Boil a pot of water.
  • 2. Submerge sauce pack into the hot water, remove pot from heat.
  • 3. Leave sauce pack in hot water for 5 minutes.
  • 4. The sauce is ready to be served
