A5 Ohmi Wagyu Top Round 200g

A large portion located near the long, inner thigh muscle, the top round (also known as topside. In Japanese it is called Uchi Momo) is the leanest, most fat-free part of the cow. While impressive Wagyu marbling are present in this cut, top round steaks tend to be lean and hearty.

It’s known as the “Champion of the World of Meat”. Buttery tender, non-greasy, and mellow-sweet.

A5 Wagyu is the highest grade of Wagyu beef in Japan, and is known for its distinctive umami flavor, marbling, and melting point. The “A” in A5 refers to the yield grade, while the “5” refers to the meat quality grade. A5 Wagyu is known for its ideal firmness, texture, coloring, and marbling.
