Originated a signature Cantonese cuisine and hold a symbolic status to Chinese cuisine.  This honey glazed Chinese barbecued pork has that slightly charred and signature mahogany colour finished with an addicting sweet but savoury flavour.   A good balance between meat and tenderness, juicy and yummy.

Preparation method:
– Air-fry at 160°C for 13-16 minutes after thaw
