Marinated Pork Belly

The pork belly is slow-cooked until wobbly and meltingly tender that melts in your mouth. Tender, gelatinous, aromatic, scrumptious and comforting!  It can be eaten with rice, noodle and Lotus Leaf Bun.  Highly recommended!

Preparation method:
– STEAM: After thawing, steam with inner bag for 8-10 minutes
– BOILING: After thawing, submerge inner bag in boiling water and simmer for 25 minutes. Remove pork belly from inner bag and enjoy your meal.
– MICROWAVE: Heat up by microwave for 3 – 4 minutes.
