A5 Ohmi Wagyu Beef Chuck Roll

The chuck roll is the better, deboned portion of the Wagyu cow’s neck. The chuck roll is a unique part that really can’t be compared to other cuts, so if you’re searching for a different sukiyaki flavour, (or you want the ‘middle ground’ experience) try the chuck roll. Sukiyaki slices are slightly thicker than shabu-shabu slices.

An A5 rating means that the Wagyu beef has achieved the highest grade in Japan, with marble scores of up to 12. Wagyu connoisseurs describe Shiga Beef as buttery tender, non-greasy, and mellow-sweet.
